CloseNatalia Gluschuk is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Corporate
Finance Group in the US Homebuilding team. Natalia brings extensive analytical
expertise on the Homebuilding and Building Products sectors to this role and holds
lead analyst responsibilities for a portfolio of investment-grade and speculative-grade
issuers.
Since 2018, Natalia has been part of Moody’s US Cross-Sector Housing and Housing
Finance Group that focuses on the development of cross line of business research and
outreach. For more than 10 years, Natalia had been part of Moody’s North America
Refunding Team, conducting refunding risk studies for the corporate sectors in the US
and Canada. Since joining Moody’s in 2006, Natalia has held coverage responsibilities
for a variety of corporate sectors including Homebuilding, Manufacturing, Building
Materials, Consumer Durables, Business and Consumer Services, Wholesale
Distribution, Metals and Mining.
Natalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University
with concentrations in Finance and Economics.

Bill W. Wheat is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of D.R. Horton, Inc., headquartered in Arlington, Texas. D.R. Horton has been the largest volume homebuilder in the United States since 2002 and expects to close more than 80,000 new single-family homes in 2021 across its operations in 90 markets and 29 states. D.R. Horton offers homes ranging in price from $150,000 to over $1,000,000, with an average sales price of approximately $300,000 in calendar 2020. D.R. Horton also owns subsidiary companies that provide mortgage, title and insurance services to homebuyers, and it is the majority owner of Forestar, a publicly traded national lot development company. The company is also building a rental housing platform that constructs, leases and sells multi-family and single-family rental communities.
Mr. Wheat has 23 years of experience in the homebuilding industry since joining D.R. Horton in 1998 and has served as the company’s CFO since 2003. Mr. Wheat graduated from Baylor University in 1988 with a business degree in accounting and finance, and he began his professional career at Price Waterhouse followed by The Bombay Company.

Sang Shin is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer with Moody’s Investors Service. Mr. Shin has been involved in credit risk analysis in a variety of structured finance transactions,including U.S. residential mortgage-backed securitizations (RMBS) in the US and European Covered Bonds based in London. Prior to joining Moody’s, Mr. Shin worked at Citigroup in Global Capital Markets focusing on RMBS securitizations. Mr. Shin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School with an MBA in Finance and Strategy.

Drew Flahive is President of Amherst, a $9.7bn AUM vertically integrated platform designed to enable scaled investment into single-family homes operated as long-term rentals.
