Ana Arsov is a Managing Director in the North American banking team responsible for the ratings portfolio and teams covering the global investment banks, non-bank finance companies, and securities firms and market infrastructure entities. Ana also led the development of finance companies, securities firms and clearing houses rating methodologies, and developed the Moody's counterparty risk rating.
Ana joined Moody’s in 2013 with an extensive experience in analyzing financial institutions and managing credit professionals. Prior to joining Moody’s, Ana’s most recent role was at UBS, where she spent the last several years as Executive Director in Credit Risk, responsible for financial institutions including North American banks,broker dealers, exchanges and clearinghouses. Prior to UBS, she was Head of Global Portfolio Management-Credit Risk Management at Morgan Stanley, focusing on comprehensive coverage, identification and analysis of risks across the firm’s trading and lending businesses as well as leading key risk management initiatives for Morgan Stanley Bank N.A.
Ana began her career in Credit Risk Management at Lehman Brothers in various credit risk roles, ultimately heading up the North American Financial Institutions and Structured Finance team, and subsequently worked on Lehman’s bankruptcy resolution.
Ana holds a master’s degree in Management (with a specialization in Financial Services and Banking) from Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Pace University, New York.

Michael L. Corbat is Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's global bank, with approximately 200 million customer accounts and activities in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions.
Since becoming CEO in 2012, he has focused on leveraging Citi's unique global network to serve its institutional and consumer banking clients with an emphasis on strong execution and the highest ethical standards. In the process, Mr. Corbat has made Citi a simpler, smaller, safer and stronger institution. Citi has improved the quality and consistency of earnings, and Mr. Corbat is committed to creating shareholder value by serving Citi's stakeholders and fulfilling Citi's mission of enabling economic growth and progress.
Mr. Corbat has been at Citi and its predecessor companies since his graduation from Harvard University with a bachelor's degree in economics in 1983. Prior to his current role, Mr. Corbat was CEO of Europe, Middle East and Africa where he oversaw all of Citi's business operations in the region, including consumer banking, corporate and investment banking, securities and trading and private banking services. Previously, Mr. Corbat served as the CEO of Citi Holdings, Citi's portfolio of non-core businesses and assets. In this role, he oversaw the divestiture of more than 40 businesses and divested more than $500 billion assets, reducing risk on the Company's balance sheet and freeing up capital to invest in Citi's core banking business.
Mr. Corbat has also served as the CEO of Citi's Global Wealth Management unit and was Head of the Global Corporate and Global Commercial Bank at Citi, a role in which he led the firm's efforts to provide best-in-class financial services to top-tier multi-national corporations and financial institutions around the world.
Mr. Corbat has been honored by several civic and cultural organizations. He serves as Chairman of The Clearing House Association Supervisory Board and Vice Chairman of the Financial Services Forum. He is also an executive committee member of the Partnership for New York City, a permanent board member of the Bank Policy Institute, and sits on the Board of Trustees of the United States Ski and Snowboard Association.

Laurie Mayers is an Associate Managing Director in Moody’s European Banking team. Laurie has responsibility for the analytical teams covering bank and non-bank financial institutions in the UK and Ireland as well as for the global investment banks located in EMEA and North America. Leveraging her risk and regulatory background, she also provides leadership within the Financial Institutions business unit on the cross jurisdictional implications for banks of the implementation of Basel III, the BRRD and TLAC/MREL requirements, UK ring fencing and Brexit.
Prior to Moody’s, Laurie’s most recent role was Manager of the Capital Management Team at the UK Financial Services Authority (now the Prudential Regulation Authority), where she had responsibility for Pillar 2 capital assessments and firm-wide stress testing for the largest UK banks and building societies.
Laurie’s previous roles include Partner, Risk and Regulatory Advisory, Ernst & Young, Group Head of Basel 2 and a member of the Group Risk Executive Team at RBS, Global Head of Counterparty Credit Risk at RBS and previously, Principal and EMEA Head of Credit for Morgan Stanley International. Laurie began her career at as a staff economist at the New York Mercantile Exchange , and subsequently worked as a lending officer in the Commodity Finance Division at Chase Manhattan Bank following completion of their credit analyst training programme.
Laurie holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs (with a specialisation in International Economics) from Columbia University SIPA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy from Williams College, Williamstown, Massachusetts.
Mr. Fanger has been with Moody’s since 1995 as a member of Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. In June 2008 he returned to Moody’s Global Banking team after serving as Chief Credit Officer for Moody’s Financial Institutions Group for 2 ½ years.He currently has lead or co lead analytic responsibilities for a number of large universal banks and securities firms headquartered in Europe and the U.S., and also provides guidance and support to other analysts covering similar institutions to help ensure consistency in Moody’s analysis and ratings of these complex firms. Mr. Fanger also continues to support Moody’s Credit Policy function through his participation on a variety of standing committees and special projects.
Mr. Fanger has previously served as Regional Credit Officer for the Americas Banking team and the Finance and Securities team at Moody’s, and has been lead analyst on a wide range of banks, thrifts, and credit card companies on those teams.Prior to joining Moody’s Mr. Fanger worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in Banking Supervision, and also served a brief stint at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
Mr. Fanger has a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government where he concentrated in Business and Government Relations, and a B.A. from Colby College where he majored in Economics and Government.
Since joining Moody’s in November 1998, Peter Nerby has been responsible for analyzing and rating the investment banks, broker-dealers and exchanges within the U.S. securities industry. Peter is currently lead analyst covering Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase. Peter came to the company with more than 15 years’ of experience in corporate finance, credit, and counter party analysis.
Prior to joining Moody’s, he led a team at Deutsche Bank that was responsible for managing the bank’s exposure to U.S. broker dealers. He also spent 12 years at JPMorgan and after completing JPM’s management training program, specialized in managing trading and derivatives counter party risk with regulated financial institutions and hedge funds.
Mr. Nerby holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. After graduation, he spent a year writing case studies on financial strategies of Canadian natural resource companies for use in the School’s graduate and undergraduate programs. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Donald Robertson is a lead analyst for global investment banks, securities firms and clearing houses, within Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. In this role he has responsibility for the ratings of a number of US and European banks, exchange operators, electronic market makers and clearing houses. Donald was the lead author of Moody’s rating methodologies for Securities Industry Market Makers and Securities Industry Service Providers, and played an integral role in their development and implementation. Donald is routinely involved in managing and contributing to special projects, including organizing Moody’s annual North American banking and finance conference.
Donald joined Moody’s in 2007 as an accounting specialist in Moody’s Enhanced Analytics Group. In this role, he originally focused on various non-financial corporate sectors, publishing research on complex financial reporting topics and helping educate Moody’s analysts on matters of accounting and financial reporting. Donald subsequently transitioned into Moody’s Financial Institutions Group to lead the development of Moody’s cross-sector rating methodology for Financial Statement Adjustments in the Analysis of Financial Institutions and helped develop and implement Moody’s system for capturing, adjusting and analyzing banks’ financial reporting. In 2013, Donald transitioned to a lead analyst role, and in that capacity he has covered most rated US securities firms.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Donald was a Director of Financial Audit at Siemens Corporation, responsible for leading a team conducting IFRS and US GAAP audits in the Americas’ region. Donald started his career at PwC, in the firm’s Glasgow, UK office. In 1998, he transferred to the New York Metro region, and was an audit manager with a client base in the pharmaceutical industry.
Donald is a CA and CPA (inactive), and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Glasgow.
Alessandro Roccati joined Moody’s in May 2012 as a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group, based in London. His portfolio includes large European banks.Prior to joining Moody’s, Alessandro spent fifteen years in equity research as a Senior analyst covering European banks at global investment banks: Macquarie,Man Group, Credit Lyonnais and Nikko Securities. He started his career as a credit analyst covering European banks at UniCredito. Alessandro graduated in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.

David Beattie is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s North American Financial Institutions Group, and is the Lead Analyst for the major Canadian banks and life insurers. David joined Moody’s in 2011, prior to which he had a lengthy career in financial services. David has held a series of increasingly responsible positions in retail banking, corporate banking and investment banking with a number of Canadian and international banks, most latterly with TD Securities as Head of Financial Institutions Investment Banking.
David holds an MBA from The University of Western Ontario and a BA from Carleton University.

Michael Rohr is a Senior Vice President and member of the Financial Institutions Group. Based in Frankfurt, he is responsible for Moody’s ratings for a variety of large financial institutions – including the investment banks – in Switzerland and Germany. Michael joined Moody’s in March 2012.
Prior to his current function, Michael spent 16 years in equity research, asset management and retail banking, holding various positions at both sell-side and buy-side equity research firms and universal banking institutions focused on analyzing European banks.
Michael received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Akademie Norddeutscher Genossenschaften (co-operative banks university) in Northern Germany.

Olivier Panis is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the EMEA Financial Institutions Group based in Paris, covering a portfolio of European Global Investment Banks (GIBs) and non-GIBs. Olivier has also responsibility for coverage of bank ratings in French speaking African countries, among which Tunisia and Morocco.
Olivier joined Moody’s in Dubai in 2013 where he assumed responsibility for a portfolio of financial institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC) and North Africa.Prior to joining Moody’s in 2013, he was heading the Portfolio Management team for Corporate Banking Emerging Markets at Barclays. He started his career as a financial analyst at the French Ministry of Finance in Paris. Olivier Panis holds a MSc in Economics from the Université PARIS I (Sorbonne).

Edoardo Calandro is a member of the EMEA Banking Team, where he is the lead analyst on a portfolio of Italian banks.

Christian Sewing has been a member of the Management Board since January 1, 2015 and Chief Executive Officer since April 2018. On July 7, 2019 he took on additional responsibility for the newly established Corporate Bank and the Investment Bank.
He joined Deutsche Bank in 1989. From January until June 2015, he was responsible on the Management Board for Legal, Incident Management Group and Group Audit, and assumed responsibility for Deutsche Bank’s Private & Commercial Bank (including Postbank) between July 2015 and April 2018. He was Head of Group Audit from June 2013 to December 2014, prior to which he held a number of management positions in Risk. From 2012 to 2013, he was Deputy Chief Risk Officer. From 2010 to 2012, he served as the Bank’s Chief Credit Officer. He has worked in Frankfurt, London, Singapore, Tokyo and Toronto.
From 2005 until 2007, Christian Sewing was a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank.

Prior to Moody’s, Laurie’s most recent role was Manager of the Capital Management Team at the UK Financial Services Authority (now the Prudential Regulation Authority), where she had responsibility for Pillar 2 capital assessments and firm-wide stress testing for the largest UK banks and building societies.
Laurie’s previous roles include Partner, Risk and Regulatory Advisory, Ernst & Young, Group Head of Basel 2 and a member of the Group Risk Executive Team at RBS, Global Head of Counterparty Credit Risk at RBS and previously, Principal and EMEA Head of Credit for Morgan Stanley International. Laurie began her career at as a staff economist at the New York Mercantile Exchange , and subsequently worked as a lending officer in the Commodity Finance Division at Chase Manhattan Bank following completion of their credit analyst training programme.
Laurie holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs (with a specialisation in International Economics) from Columbia University SIPA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy from Williams College, Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Sean Marion is Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group, based in London. He is responsible for Moody’s analytic teams that rate banks and nonbank financial companies in the Nordics, Baltics, South-Eastern Europe and emerging markets in Middle East and Africa. Prior to relocating to London in 2011, Mr. Marion held various positions of progressive responsibility in Moody’s, including working in the firm’s offices in Mexico City and Toronto.
Before joining Moody’s, Mr. Marion worked for The Economist Intelligence Unit, conducting research on macroeconomic and country risk. Mr. Marion holds graduate degrees in economics from the Université Paris I (Sorbonne) and the London School of Economics. He also holds an undergraduate degree from Bishop’s University, Canada.

Louise joined Moody’s in November 2016 and is the lead analyst for most large Nordic banks.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Louise spent nine years at Standard & Poor’s. She initially worked as a senior credit analyst in the Sovereign and International Public Finance Group, and thereafter in the Financial Institutions Group - during the global financial crisis. The last 4 ½ years at S&P, Louise headed up the rating agency’s Banking Industry Country Risk Assessments (BICRAs), the key element of bank ratings, globally.
Prior to working at Standard & Poor’s, Louise spent ten years at the European Commission in Brussels, primarily working with macroeconomic forecasts and analysis at the Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN), and a couple of years working with EU affairs at the Swedish Ministry of Finance and Central Bank. Louise holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University.

Patrick Winsbury is the Associate Managing Director of Moody’s Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions Groups in Sydney, covering the Australian and New Zealand markets. Patrick moved to Sydney in 2006, following postings in New York and Singapore with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. He served as the Representative Director for Moody’s Singapore office from 1995-1999, having previously worked in Moody’s Hong Kong and London offices.

Judy is Standard Chartered Bank’s Regional Chief Executive Officer for ASEAN and South Asia (ASA) and is responsible for leading the business and execution of the bank’s strategy across fifteen footprint markets within the region. Joseph Pucella is a Senior Vice President on the North American Banking and Finance Teams. Keith Banhazl is a Managing Director within the Structured Finance Group and leads the US CMBS and CRE CDO/CLO Surveillance team that includes Conduit/Fusion,Large Loan/Single Borrower, Credit Tenant Lease, Small Balance Commercial, CRECDO, CRE CLO and other structured products at Moody’s Investors Service.In addition, Mr. Banhazl oversees the review of primary US CRE CDO/CLO transactions, including the credit assessment team for commercial real estate assets within CRE CDO’s and CLO’s as well as Structured Credit transactions. He is also Moody’s Global Structured Finance Outreach Coordinator. He has been involved in various research initiatives and outreach activities related to the CRE securitization space, publishing and speaking on Moody’s behalf.
Prior to being appointed to his current position, Mr. Banhazl was a team leader within the CMBS Surveillance group focusing on Conduit/Fusion and Large Loan/Single Borrower transactions. Previously at Moody’s, he rated various fixed and floating-rate Conduit/Fusion and Large Loan CMBS transactions. Mr. Banhazl has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in Economics and History.

Peter D’Arcy joined M&T Bank in 1995 after graduating from Vassar College. He currently serves as Area Executive responsible for supervising the Bank’s activities in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Philadelphia as well as M&T‘s West Coast Division. Andrea joined Moody’s in 2011 and prior to his current role, he was based in London covering a portfolio of European Global Investment Banks (GIBs), non-GIBsand securities firms, including UK, French and Swedish banks.During his time at Moody’s, he worked on rated firms domiciled in different European countries, both from London and Paris. Alain Laurin heads the Financial Institutions group with responsibility for ratings on banks in France and the Benelux since June 2013. Between 2008 and 2013 Alain was Regional Credit Officer for the Europe, Middle East and African region (EMEA).
Prior to joining Moody’s in August 2008, Alain was at Banque of France for 25 years where he held several positions in the International department – including a seven-year secondment to the World Bank – and at the Banking Commission where he was Director of off-site supervision between 2006 and 2008.
Alain holds a Master Degree in Economics (University of Bordeaux) and Sciences Po (Bordeaux).

Nick Hill joined Moody’s in March 2010 and is based in Paris where he is responsible for the coverage of banks in France, Benelux, Italy, the UK, Ireland, and the CIS. Nick led the revision of Moody’s bank rating methodology, which was re-published in 2015.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Nick worked as a bank analyst in a variety of roles. These include banking supervision at the Bank of England and Financial Services Authority, where he began his career; sell-side equity research on French banks in a #1 ranked team at Morgan Stanley; rating UK and continental European banks at Standard & Poor’s; and providing balance sheet advice to financial institutions with RBS.
A graduate of Christ’s College, University of Cambridge in the UK, Nick holds an MA in English, a diploma in French, and a postgraduate certificate in Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.
Warren Kornfeld is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group covering mortgage, credit card, student loan banks and finance companies as well as Government Sponsored Enterprises (FHLBanks, Farm Credit, Fannie and Freddie).
Prior to joining the Financial Institutions Group, Warren was a Managing Director for Structured Finance Administration overseeing key strategic initiatives and prior to that Warren co-headed the Residential Mortgage- Backed Securities (RMBS) team as well as headed up the U.S. Servicer Ratings team.
Warren joined Moody’s in 2001. Prior to Moody’s, Warren held senior investment banking positions with William Blair & Co., The Industrial Bank of Japan and Bickford & Partners focusing on a securitizations of a wide range of asset types, including residential mortgages, equipment lease, auto loan and lease, consumer assets and commercial receivables.
Warren holds a B.S. in Finance and Decision Sciences from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Niclas Boheman is a Vice President – Senior Analyst based in Stockholm. He is part of the Financial Institutions group, covering a portfolio of banks and the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2016, Mr Boheman was a credit analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Svenska Handelsbanken, Stockholm.

Melina Skouridou is an Assistant Vice President and lead analyst for EMEA financial institutions, with a focus in Central and South Eastern Europe. In this role, she currently provides ratings analysis for a portfolio of banks in Poland, Hungary, and Slovenia. Prior to that she covered Norwegian and Cypriot banks, as well as financial institutions in Egypt, Israel, Romania and Bulgaria. This included large private, public, and state affiliated banks; small and mid-sized commercial lenders, and government-related institutions.
Melina joined Moody’s Limassol office in 2006, and started her Moody’s tenure covering financial institutions operating in the Gulf Cooperation Council. Prior to joining Moody’s, she worked as analyst for a local investment management firm conducting analysis for various securities and participating in the investment decision process.
Melina has an MSc Financial Mathematics from King’s College, University of London and a BSc Mathematics from the same school. She earned her CFA designation in 2009.

Maria Vinuela is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the Europe, Middle East and Africa banking team, based in Madrid. In this capacity, she is lead and back-up analyst for a range of Spanish, Portuguese and Polish banks.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2009, María was a senior auditor in the financial institutions group of Ernst&Young, where she was responsible for the audit of a large variety of financial institutions.

Michael is responsible for defining and implementing the Bank’s technology and innovation strategy and managing the systems development and technology infrastructure which underpin the Bank’s client services.
Prior to Standard Chartered, Michael was Vice President and CIO at Daimler AG where he was globally responsible for strategy, planning and development of the Group’s IT systems, as well as the operation of its technical infrastructure.

Sophia Sinae Lee is an Associate Managing Director in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. Based in Hong Kong, she oversees the ratings team that is responsible for financial institutions in Hong Kong, Korea, Mongolia and Taiwan,and non-bank financial institutions in China.
Sophia joined Moody’s in 2013 and prior to that spent seven years at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong as an equity analyst. She has also held positions in Korea at Bank of Korea and Korea First Bank.Sophia holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BA in Russian Language and Literature from Korea University.

Edmund Lin is a founding member of our Southeast Asia business. He has served as the leader of our global Financial Services practice and advises the world’s leading financial institutions on their most critical business issues.
Ed advises leading global and domestic financial institutions across Asia, Europe and the United States on growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions and large transformation programs. He is also an expert on strategic planning, change management and organization design.
Ed joined us in San Francisco in 1990 and relocated to Singapore in 1994 to help found our Southeast Asia practice.
In his personal time, he serves on the Singapore Management University Board of Trustees and also chairs its Audit Committee. He also serves as Chairman of the SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business Advisory Board.

Sonny Hsu is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) Financial Institutions Group based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for a portfolio of Hong Kong and Taiwan banks.
He has more than ten years of experience as a financial institutions credit analyst, and has covered banks and securities companies in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.
Sonny has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Rachel Lord, Senior Managing Director, is Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa for BlackRock and is a member of the Global Executive Committee. Ms. Lord also chairs the EMEA Executive Committee and is the Global Executive Sponsor of the Women's Initiative Network.
Prior to assuming her current role in September 2017, she was EMEA Head of iShares and Head of Global Clients, ETF and Index Investments. Ms. Lord joined BlackRock in November 2013 from Citigroup where she was the Global Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives. She joined Citigroup in 2009 after thirteen years at Morgan Stanley, where she had a variety of senior roles in the equities and capital markets businesses, in London and Hong Kong.

Laurie Mayers is an Associate Managing Director in Moody’s European Banking team. Laurie has responsibility for the analytical teams covering bank and non-bank financial institutions in the UK and Ireland as well as for the global investment banks located in EMEA and North America. Leveraging her risk and regulatory background, she also provides leadership within the Financial Institutions business unit on the cross jurisdictional implications for banks of the implementation of Basel III, the BRRD and TLAC/MREL requirements, UK ring fencing and Brexit.
Prior to Moody’s, Laurie’s most recent role was Manager of the Capital Management Team at the UK Financial Services Authority (now the Prudential Regulation Authority), where she had responsibility for Pillar 2 capital assessments and firm-wide stress testing for the largest UK banks and building societies.
Laurie’s previous roles include Partner, Risk and Regulatory Advisory, Ernst & Young, Group Head of Basel 2 and a member of the Group Risk Executive Team at RBS, Global Head of Counterparty Credit Risk at RBS and previously, Principal and EMEA Head of Credit for Morgan Stanley International. Laurie began her career at as a staff economist at the New York Mercantile Exchange , and subsequently worked as a lending officer in the Commodity Finance Division at Chase Manhattan Bank following completion of their credit analyst training programme.
Laurie holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs (with a specialisation in International Economics) from Columbia University SIPA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy from Williams College, Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Ryan is an Associate Partner that heads the KPMG UK’s IFRS9Credit Risk Assurance function in Audit and specialises in credit risk measurement and management. Prior to joining KPMG, Ryan was working for a large UK bank and is in the position of having worked across various functions in the Credit Life Cycle; from quantitative risk measurement to origination and restructuring.
This varied experience allows Ryan to form insight across traditional credit risk silos to foresee potential unintended consequences of adopting IFRS 9
Stephen was appointed as Chief Risk Officer for Lloyds Banking Group in September 2017. Risk Division encompasses all risk types including credit, market, operational, conduct, compliance and fraud.
He is a member of the Group Executive Committee and also attends the Board.
Stephen joined Lloyds Banking Group in May 2011 to be the Chief Credit Officer for Wholesale & International Credit Risk. In November 2012, he was appointed Risk Director for Commercial Banking and ran the Commercial Banking Risk function.
Prior to joining Lloyds Banking Group, Stephen was the Chief Risk Officer at Barclays Corporate. He was also Chief Credit Officer for the UK Retail and Corporate business in Barclays before taking the position as CRO for the UK Corporate business, which performed very strongly in the downturn. In Stephen’s 21 year career at Barclays, Stephen undertook a variety of roles in the front office and risk.

Tim Dettman is Global Head of Impairments for HSBC Wealthand Private Banking. Tim is responsible for all aspects of impairment acrossthe 40 geographies in which HSBC operates including the model developmentlife-cycle, results interpretation and governance & control considerations. Tim manages the broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders who areinvolved in various aspects of impairment and is focused on connectingimpairment with strategies across the Wealth and Personal Banking businessglobally.

Rebaca Tan is an Assistant Vice President – Analyst for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, Rebaca is responsible for the credit ratings of financial institutions in Vietnam and Thailand.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Rebaca worked as a banking regulator at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Alka Anbarasu is a Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for the credit ratings of banks in India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Singapore. She is also responsible for ratings of non-bank financial institutions in India.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2013, Alka worked at J.P. Morgan in London for several years, where she was part of the Investment Banking – M&A team for European Financial Institutions. She has also worked for ING Vysya Bank as an Assistant Manager, focusing on retail and commercial banking clients.
Alka completed her undergraduate degree from University of Mumbai and holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management in India.
Mr. Jimmy Tata holds a Masters degree in Financial Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst from the Institute of CFAs – Hyderabad, India. Mr. Tata has been with the Bank since December 1994 and has over 25 years experience in the Banking and Financial sector. His current designation is Chief Risk Officer at HDFC Bank. Mr. Tata is also Director on the Board of HDB Financial Services Limited and International Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited; and Trustee for the HDB Employees Welfare Trust.

Mr. Sunil Mehta is the Chief Executive of Indian Banks' Association (IBA) which acts as a representative of over 253 member banks and associate members operating in India and plays a collaborative role between banks, regulators and government in improving customer service with a focus on digital banking. Prior to this Mr. Sunil Mehta served as the MD & CEO of Punjab National Bank. He is a seasoned banker with over 37 years of rich experience.
He holds Master’s degree in Agronomy, MBA in Finance and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He started his banking career as an Agriculture Field Officer at Allahabad Bank in 1982. Prior to assuming the position of MD & CEO, PNB, he was Executive Director of Corporation Bank.
During the course of his career, he held various important positions in view of his expertise in agriculture, retail, credit and planning & development. He was a member of Govt. of India delegation to Israel in the year 2000 for study of Developmental Model of Hi-tech Agriculture for exploring its implementation in India. He has also attended Management Development Programme at IIM, Kolkata and participated in a seminar on Economic Challenges being faced by developing Economics at Istanbul, Turkey. Srikanth Vadlamani is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he is primarily responsible for the credit ratings of banks and finance companies in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Prior to joining Moody’s, he was a Director in Daiwa Securities’ research department in Singapore, where he was responsible for the coverage of banks in the ASEAN region. He has also worked for other investment banks, including J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Nomura, where he covered banks and other financial institutions in India, Southeast Asia and emerging Europe.
Srikanth holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, majoring in Finance and Economics.
Kelly S. King is chairman and chief executive officer of Truist Financial Corporation, the nation’s premier financial services company serving approximately 12 million households.
King began his career in 1972, joining the Management Development Program of Truist predecessor BB&T. His career at BB&T included leadership roles in commercial and retail banking, operations, insurance, corporate financial services, investment services and capital markets. He served as chief operating officer of BB&T Corporation and Branch Banking and Trust Company from June 2004 to December 2008 and president of BB&T Corporation from 1996 to June 2004. He was named president and chief executive officer of BB&T Corporation and chairman and chief executive officer of Branch Banking & Trust Company in January 2009 and became chairman of BB&T in January 2010. In December 2019, he became chairman and chief executive officer of Truist Financial Corporation, created through the merger of equals between BB&T Corporation and SunTrust Banks Inc.
King served on the Federal Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve System from 2013 to 2016, and he served as its president in 2016. He also served on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from 2009 to 2012. Allen Tischler is a senior member of Moody’s North American Banking Team covering a broad portfolio of US regional banks and custody banks. He is also Moody’s lead analyst on the Federal Farm Credit Banks and a number of Federal Home Loan Banks.Allen joined the team in 1999 as an Associate Analyst.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Allen completed a Management Associate program with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.

Prior to her current role she was the Managing Director for Latin American bank ratings.Celina joined Moody’s in 1997 as the lead analyst for Brazilian banks.Prior to joining Moody’s, Celina spent 16 years with Citibank, N.A. and was a Vice President in the Latin America Financial Institutions Division, in New York. Andrea is responsible for managing Moody’s North America Banks and Specialty Finance Companies teams, comprising 12 analysts based in New York and Toronto.
Andrea joined Moody’s in 2011 and prior to his current role, he was based in London covering a portfolio of European Global Investment Banks (GIBs), non-GIBsand securities firms, including UK, French and Swedish banks.During his time at Moody’s, he worked on rated firms domiciled in different European countries, both from London and Paris. Joseph Pucella is a Senior Vice President on the North American Banking and Finance Teams. Joseph covers a portfolio of US regional and community banks, Federal Home Loan Banks, non-bank commercial real estate lenders and business development companies. He joined Moody’s in 2004 as an accounting specialist.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Joseph held positions at Credit Suisse, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen. Josephis a Certified Public Accountant and graduated cum laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Allen Tischler is a senior member of Moody’s North American Banking Team covering a broad portfolio of US regional banks and custody banks. He is also Moody’s lead analyst on the Federal Farm Credit Banks and a number of Federal Home Loan Banks.Allen joined the team in 1999 as an Associate Analyst.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Allen completed a Management Associate program with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.
Allen holds a B.A. degree from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Rita Sahu is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in the Financial Institutions Group of Moody’s Investors Service, covering a portfolio of US banks. She joined Moody’s in 2003 as an Associate Analyst and has had lead analytical responsibilities since 2005.
Before joining Moody’s, Rita held positions with J.P. Morgan, primarily in counter party credit risk management, where she was responsible for monitoring and reporting on the firm’s global trading activities. Prior to J.P. Morgan, she was a compliance officer at Republic National Bank of New York. Rita began her career as a bank examiner for large regional and community banks with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Rita holds a BS in accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.

Megan Fox is an AVP - Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Moody’s Investors Service covering a portfolio of US regional banks. She joined Moody’s in 2011 as an Associate Analyst.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Mrs. Fox held positions with Freddie Mac, primarily within the Finance department. She holds a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Delaware.
Sadia covers a portfolio of US regional banks and finance companies and joined Moody’s in 2020. Prior to joining Moody’s, Sadia held positions at the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and the Bank of Scotland.

Alessandro Roccati joined Moody’s in May 2012 as a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group, based in London. His portfolio includes large European banks.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Alessandro spent fifteen years in equity research as a Senior analyst covering European banks at global investment banks: Macquarie,Man Group, Credit Lyonnais and Nikko Securities. Derek Vadala is the CEO of Cyber Assessments, a joint venture between Moody’s Corporation, a global credit rating agency, and Team8, a cybersecurity-focused company creation platform. Derek leads a team that is focused on creating a standard benchmark for communicating cyber risk to Boards of Directors and senior business executives in order to improve the global dialog about this important issue. Prior to leading this venture, Mr. Vadala was the Global Head of Cyber Risk for Moody’s Investors Service, responsible for developing capabilities for evaluating cyberrisk and incorporating those capabilities into credit analysis.
Prior to this role, Mr. Vadala served as the Chief Information Security Officer for Moody’s Corporation from 2013-2018, where he was responsible for global information risk and security across Moody’s businesses worldwide. He has over 20 years of experience in information security and technology management and has spoken and published on topics including security risk management for large enterprises and systems administration.

Leroy Terrelonge is an Assistant Vice President in MIS’ Cyber Risk Group, where he works collaboratively with analysts across MIS lines of business to publish timely and relevant research on cyber risk and its impact on financial performance.
Leroy has more than 16 years of risk experience working in government, international education, tech startups and corporates. He recently joined Moody’s from Flashpoint, a threat intelligence company that researches cybercriminal communities, and previously worked as an analyst at the National Security Agency. He has been cited in both domestic and international media on cyber risk issues and has presented at cybersecurity conferences around the world.
Leroy graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy with a Masters in International Business. He also holds an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations cum laude from Harvard University.

Martin Boer is Director of Regulatory Affairs at The Institute of International Finance, a global trade association of the financial industry, with close to 450 members from 70 countries. He advocates on a range of regulatory and policy topics, including regulatory consistency, market fragmentation, impact assessment, prudential capital and liquidity standards and insurance regulation.
He is also the IIF lead on cyber security, with a focus on global regulatory developments, operational resilience maturity, and the impact of cyber events on financial institutions and overall financial stability.
He previously served as Secretary General of the European Financial Services Round Table (EFR) in Brussels, which brings together the Chairmen and Chief Executives of Europe's leading banks and insurance companies. Before that he held various positions at ING Group, as Group Head of Public Relations in Amsterdam and a Senior Manager of Public and Government Affairs in Brussels. He also worked as a consultant for UNDP in Namibia.
Mr. Boer holds a B.A. in Philosophy from UC-Santa Barbara and an M.A. in International Political Economy from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York.

Dr. Michael Taylor is a Managing Director for Moody’s Investors Service. He is also Moody’s Chief Credit Officer for the Asia Pacific region. Michael leads regional research, particularly with a cross-sectoral and macro credit focus, as well as coordinating major regional analytical initiatives.
Michael joined Moody’s after a distinguished career in several leading central banks and international financial institutions, including roles at the Bank of England, the IMF — where as Resident Representative, he was closely involved in the resolution of the Indonesian financial crisis in the late 1990s — and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as Head of Banking Policy. He was also the Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain.
Michael has also had a distinguished academic career, including as Reader in Financial Regulation at Reading University. He has published widely on financial stability and financial regulation, and given seminars and lectures at the SaidBusiness School at Oxford University, at Harvard Law School, Columbia University,and The University of Hong Kong.Michael holds a bachelor’s degree as well as a doctorate from Oxford University.
He also holds a master’s in International Business Law from the University of London.

Patrick Winsbury is the Associate Managing Director of Moody’s Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions Groups in Sydney, covering the Australian and New Zealand markets. Patrick moved to Sydney in 2006, following postings in New York and Singapore with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. He served as the Representative Director for Moody’s Singapore office from 1995-1999, having previously worked in Moody’s Hong Kong and London offices.
Patrick holds a Masters degree from the Cranfield School of Management, a B.A.in European Studies from the University of Bath and a Mineur from l’Université deMontréal.

Emily heads PwC’s Financial Services Risk and Regulation team in Hong Kong.
She has more than 24 years of experience in advising global banks, state owned Chinese banks as well as local financial institutions on new rules and regulations, the implications on financial institutions and the expected procedures implementation.
Emily has led many regulatory advisory and internal control review engagements of a number of financial institutions, providing solutions and recommendations on the organisation structure, risk assessment framework, governance and performance measurement process, control procedures including client on boarding checking and documentation. In addition, she has advised the banks on the regulatory capital requirements, capital planning process, sensitivity analysis.
She also liaisons regularly with the regulators on the insights and perspectives around the emerging issues faced by the financial services industry in Hong Kong as well as globally. This includes digital banking, sustainable finance and ESG, Basel, bank culture and governance, risk management, and many more.
Emily spent a few years in London as a regulatory advisory partner at PwC UK. In her years in London, she worked on a variety of regulatory projects spanning UK and the EU financial services sector. Today, she leverages her global experience to add value for her clients in Hong Kong and the region.

Dai Chang covers ADB’s sovereign operations in Public Management, Financial Sector & Trade Sector and consequent relationships with the governments, executing agencies, and financial institutions in the Central and West Asia region. Among the various projects he has worked on include; the USD 1 Billion Countercyclical Support Facility (CSF), USD 228 Million Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Finance Project, and USD 200 Million Supporting Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Finance Project for Kazakhstan, USD 100 Million Small Business Finance Project in Uzbekistan, and USD 25 Million Investment Climate Improvement Program in Kyrgyzstan. Concurrently as Head, Project Administration Unit, he is also responsible for project implementation, monitoring, and portfolio management of CWPF. Previously, he was responsible for commercial co-financing in the Private Sector Operations and was ADB’s focal point for the Asian Eximbank Forum.
Prior to his career at ADB, he was the Head of Project Finance and Syndication at Korea First Bank (KFB), covering the bank’s domestic and international project finance businesses, international debt capital markets and international financial advisory work. He has also held positions of Head of Planning & Strategy for International Banking, Head of Long-term Foreign Currency Funding and Head of International Syndication at various stages.
Before Korea First Bank, he has worked in various capacities as a currency trader/controller and investment manager at international investment and commercial banks. Overall, he has more than 30 years’ experience in the international financial sector and has arranged transactions and/or advised governments, major conglomerates and multinational corporations in the Asia Pacific region.
Dai Chang received an MA in International Affairs/Political Economy from Columbia University and a BA in Political Science & Diplomacy from Sogang University. He has also served in the Republic of Korea Air Force with a 1st Lieutenant Commission in the Air Force Headquarters, Air Force Intelligence and the 8th Fighter Wing.

Christine Kuo is a Moody’s Senior Vice President and Group Credit Officer overseeing financial institutions in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for promoting the quality and consistency of ratings and rating practices.Christine worked in Moody’s Hong Kong office between 2012 and early 2019,where she was a lead analyst covering large regional banks and Chinese financial institutions. She has also managed Moody’s Greater China banking team, in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.Before moving to Hong Kong, Christine was the team leader for Moody’s banking analysts in Singapore, responsible for covering banks in Southeast Asia and India.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2006, Christine was First Vice President and Head of Fubon Financial Holding Company’s Corporate Development Division, where her major responsibilities were strategic planning and investor relations. Christine has also worked for Morgan Stanley in equity research for the financial sector, with Taiwan Ratings on financial institutions and corporate ratings, UBS in treasury marketing and trading, and Taiwan’s central bank in economic research.Christine graduated with a BA (Honors) and MA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a CFA charterholder and a certified FRM.

Alexander Hendricks is an Associate Managing Director in Moody’s European Banking team. Alexander has responsibility for the analytical teams covering financial institutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He joined Moody’s in 2013.
Prior to Moody’s, Alexander’s most recent role was Director in Company Research at Deutsche Bank, where he had responsibility for financial institutions in Germany and Austria, and co-responsibility for European investment banks. In addition, he acted as hub for European regulatory matters in research.
During his occupation at the German bank, Alexander also held responsibilities for real estate companies and stock exchanges in Germany. At previous employer ABN Amro, Alexander covered German and Austrian banks in equity research. He began his career as trainee at Deutsche Bank.
Alexander holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Diplom- Kaufmann) from University of Mannheim, with specialisation in Banking and Finance. He is a CFA charterholder.

Bernhard is lead analyst for a number of banks in Germany and Austria.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2014, he worked for Allianz SE as a Financial Analyst with firm-wide credit portfolio responsibilities. Prior to that, he was a Credit Risk Officer at EADS (now Airbus) and a Senior Risk Manager / Senior Analyst in Corporate and Structured Finance at LBBW in Germany and Luxembourg.
Bernhard is a CFA charter holder and has obtained the PRM designation. He holds a Master’s Degree in European Business Studies & Management from Otto-Friedrich University at Bamberg (Germany) and speaks German, English, Spanish and French.

Swen joined Moody’s Investors Service in August 2010 as a member of the of the Financial Institutions Group. He is the lead analyst for several German, Austrian and Swiss banks.
Prior to joining Moody’s Swen was a portfolio manager and buy- side analyst for global banks and financial institutions with Deka Investment, Frankfurt. He graduated in Business Administration from Goethe University of Frankfurt and is a CFA Charterholder.

Edoardo Calandro is a member of the EMEA Banking Team, where he is the lead analyst on a portfolio of Italian banks.

Alain Laurin heads the Financial Institutions group with responsibility for ratings on banks in France and the Benelux since June 2013. Between 2008 and 2013 Alain was Regional Credit Officer for the Europe, Middle East and African region (EMEA).
Prior to joining Moody’s in August 2008, Alain was at Banque of France for 25 years where he held several positions in the International department – including a seven-year secondment to the World Bank – and at the Banking Commission where he was Director of off-site supervision between 2006 and 2008.
Alain holds a Master Degree in Economics (University of Bordeaux) and Sciences Po (Bordeaux).

Guillaume Lucien-Baugas joined Moody’s in September 2007 and is based in Paris in the Financial Institutions Group where he has responsibilities for rating a number of banks in France and the Benelux. Prior to joining the Financial Institutions Group, he was part of the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s, rating CDO and CLO transactions.
He started his career in asset management at Eiger Capital Limited in London, where he was a senior credit analyst in the fixed income markets.
Mr. Lucien-Baugas holds a masters degree in Finance and Management from Dauphine University (Paris IX) and a postgraduate certificate in Finance from ESCP Europe. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Tom Flynn joined BMO Financial Group in 1992 and served in a number of roles within the BMO Capital Markets business, including Head of the Financial Services Corporate and Investment Banking Group. He was named Executive Vice-President Finance and Treasurer of the Bank in 2004 and served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Risk Officer from March 2008 until March 2011, when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for financial governance and reporting, treasury and capital management, corporate development, investor relations, taxation and media and government relations across the Bank of Montreal group of companies.
Tom is on the board of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and a member of the campaign leadership cabinet for the United Way of Greater Toronto.
Tom obtained his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and has his CA/CPA designation.

David Beattie is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s North American Financial Institutions Group, and is the Lead Analyst for the major Canadian banks and life insurers. David joined Moody’s in 2011, prior to which he had a lengthy career in financial services. David has held a series of increasingly responsible positions in retail banking, corporate banking and investment banking with a number of Canadian and international banks, most latterly with TD Securities as Head of Financial Institutions Investment Banking.
David holds an MBA from The University of Western Ontario and a BA from Carleton University.

Andrea is responsible for managing Moody’s North America Banks and Specialty Finance Companies teams, comprising 12 analysts based in New York and Toronto.
Andrea joined Moody’s in 2011 and prior to his current role, he was based in London covering a portfolio of European Global Investment Banks (GIBs), non-GIBsand securities firms, including UK, French and Swedish banks.During his time at Moody’s, he worked on rated firms domiciled in different European countries, both from London and Paris. Jason is a Vice President-Senior Analyst in Moody’s North American Financial Institutions Group and is the lead analyst for Canadian regional banks, pension managers, property and casualty insurers, and crown corporations. Jason is also the lead analyst for a portfolio of US regional banks. Jason joined Moody’s in 2014.
Jason had previously worked for Toronto-Dominion Bank, Sunlife Financial and Bank of Montreal. He also spent nearly a decade with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI); the country’s national banking and insurance regulator.During his tenure at OSFI, Jason was the Operations Manager of the large bank and insurance supervision group from 2007 until 2011. He also gained international regulatory knowledge from briefings with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Washington, D.C. and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision in Switzerland.
Jason has a Master’s of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada and a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University in Ottawa,Canada. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Professional Accountant.
