CloseGary Lau is the Managing Director for the Corporate Finance Group in Hong Kong. Gary manages analytical teams in Hong Kong, covering corporate ratings in North Asia (ex-Japan). He has extensive experience with Moody’s in analytical and management positions with responsibilities across different industries and geographies. He has been with Moody’s since 1998.
Before joining Moody’s, Gary worked for Barclays Bank Plc and Bank of America in the Financial Institutions and Corporate Banking Divisions.
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Social Science, both from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Laura Acres is Managing Director for the Corporate Finance Group for Asia. Based in Singapore, she has overall responsibility for Moody’s corporate ratings and research for the region, managing teams in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo. Laura also spearheads our global Emerging Markets initiative, leading many of our aggregated research based publications in this space and helping to coordinate Moody’s approach to this large and growing area of focus.
Laura joined the company in 2006 taking a number of Lead Analyst roles for a variety of corporates around the region; she also created Moody’s aggregated high-yield research and outreach initiatives for the Asia Pacific region. She was appointed Managing Director in 2015 and led the Singapore based South & South East Asia corporate rating teams and was then appointed to her current role in 2020.
Before joining Moody’s, Laura worked for Schroders PLC in London and Singapore, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Singapore, where she specialized in corporate restructuring and recovery throughout Southeast Asia.
Laura holds a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Charles is Managing Director and Head of Citi’s Asia Pacific Ratings Advisory Group, providing rating advice to clients at all stages of the ratings process, with a focus on both first-time issuers and already rated clients that seek advice on strategies for upgrade and ratings defense. Prior to joining Citi in 1998, Charles was a ratings advisor at Merrill Lynch in London for 2 years. Before working at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Hulac worked in ratings advisory at Citibank and was with Nomura for 3 years in private placements and corporate credit / ratings advisory.
He also has experience as a senior bank rating analyst with IBCA London (predecessor to Fitch Ratings). Based with Citi in Hong Kong, Charles has advised clients across various industry sectors and has also worked as Sovereign Ratings advisor to the Republic of the Philippines, Republic of Indonesia and he was the advisor to Government of Mongolia on their initial ratings exercise in 2005.

Robbie Singh has been associated with the Adani Group in various capacities over last 8 years. Additionally, Robbie has over 16 years of global investment banking experience in Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and Asia. Robbie’s experience includes all the aspects of mergers, acquisitions, strategy, finance and risk, with a particular focus on listed and unlisted infrastructure funds.
Prior to joining Adani, Robbie has worked in investment banking with a focus on Infrastructure, Regulated Assets and Structured Finance for Merrill Lynch, Macquarie Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Raymond Chia is the Head of Asian Credit Research, Asian Fixed Income at Schroder Investment Management. Schroders manages USD459.6 billion^ of assets globally and has a very strong investment capability in Asia. The Asian Fixed Income team manages more than USD 10 billion^ in Asian fixed income assets and is present in several locations in the region: Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. The team manages currencies, government bonds, corporate credit and convertibles. Raymond joined Schroders in November 2012 as Deputy Head of Asian Credit Research, Asian Fixed Income in Singapore and has 13.5 years of investment experience.
Before joining Schroders, Raymond was Portfolio Manager for Pramerica Fixed Income (Asia) Limited responsible for Asian high yields. Raymond also spent time in Standard Chartered Bank focusing on Asian high yield credit research.
In 2003, Raymond started his investment career as a credit analyst covering Asian credit at UOB Asset Management, Singapore.
Raymond received his Master of Business Economics (Dean’s Top Honorary Roll), University of Queensland, Australia.

Frank John SIXT, aged 68, is an Executive Director, Group Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (“the Company”).
In addition Mr. Sixt is the Non-executive Chairman of TOM Group Limited and an Executive Director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited, and is also a Director of Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited and Husky Energy Inc., and an Alternate Director of HK Electric Investments Manager Limited as the trustee-manager of HK Electric Investments, and of HK Electric Investments Limited.
Mr. Sixt is a Director of the Li Ka Shing Foundation and President of the Li Ka Shing (Canada) Foundation. He holds a Master’s degree in Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law, and is a member of the Bar and of the Law Society of the Provinces of Québec and Ontario, Canada.

Ian Lewis is an Associate Managing Director for Moody’s Corporate Finance and Project & Infrastructure Finance Groups, based in Singapore.In this role, Ian manages a team of ratings analysts for ASEAN, with a focus on key sectors including autos, chemicals, metals & mining, steel, telecommunications,regulated utilities, transport and social infrastructure.
Prior to being based in Singapore, Ian worked for Moody’s in Japan, Australia and the US.Before joining Moody’s in 2007, he worked for various banks, including Sumitomo Bank, Credit Suisse, St George, and Westpac Banking Corporation.
Ian has over 20 years of experience in credit analysis and ratings across diverse industry sectors and geographies.
Ian holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor in Economics from the University of New England, and is also a CPA.
