CloseIan Lewis is an Associate Managing Director for Moody’s Corporate Finance and Project & Infrastructure Finance Groups, based in Singapore.In this role, Ian manages a team of ratings analysts for ASEAN, with a focus on key sectors including autos, chemicals, metals & mining, steel, telecommunications,regulated utilities, transport and social infrastructure.
Prior to being based in Singapore, Ian worked for Moody’s in Japan, Australia and the US.Before joining Moody’s in 2007, he worked for various banks, including Sumitomo Bank, Credit Suisse, St George, and Westpac Banking Corporation.
Ian has over 20 years of experience in credit analysis and ratings across diverse industry sectors and geographies.
Ian holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor in Economics from the University of New England, and is also a CPA.
Annalisa Di Chiara is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Hong Kong, Annalisa covers a portfolio of telecommunications, media and beverage companies throughout South and South East Asia. Annalisa is also a lead coordinator for Moody’s high-yield research and outreach initiatives for the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Annalisa worked for UBS in credit related roles across debt capital markets and leveraged finance. She spent a significant portion of her career as a senior ratings advisor covering corporates across a variety of industries throughout the US, Asia and Europe. Annalisa has also worked for Credit Suisse and the Bank of New York as a Ratings Advisor and a Corporate Finance Banker. She has worked in Hong Kong for over 13 years.
Annalisa holds a double major from Brown University in Business Economics and English & American Literature.
Jake Avayou is a Vice President – Senior Covenant Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group in Singapore. Jake joined Moody’s in 2014. Jake specializes in covenant analysis of high yield bonds.
Before joining Moody’s Jake was a lawyer at the law firms of Shearman & Sterling in New York and Linklaters in Hong Kong where he primarily worked on capital markets transactions. Jake also worked in Transaction Management in DCM at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong.
Jake holds a B.C.L./LLB (Hons) from McGill University – Faculty of Law.
